Where is The Viaduct hotel?<\/strong><\/summary>\n

The Viaduct Suites & More is a 4-star all-suite boutique hotel at Za Po\u0159\u00ed\u010dskou br\u00e1nou 354\/19, 186 00 Prague 8 \u2013 Karl\u00edn, on the border with Nov\u00e9 M\u011bsto. Florenc metro station (lines B and C) and Florenc tram stop are a 3-minute walk away.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

How far is it to the centre of Prague?<\/strong><\/summary>\n

From The Viaduct, Old Town Square (1.5 km) is a 15\u201320-minute walk. Charles Bridge is 2.5 km away and Prague Castle 3 km.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

How do I get to you from the airport?<\/strong><\/summary>\n

Take the Airport Express (AE) bus to Praha hlavn\u00ed n\u00e1dra\u017e\u00ed (main station), then metro C (towards Let\u0148any) one stop to Florenc \u2013 it’s a 3-minute walk from there. A taxi from the airport takes about 30 minutes. We’re happy to arrange a transfer through our partner.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

How do I get to you from the train or bus station?<\/strong><\/summary>\n

From Praha hlavn\u00ed n\u00e1dra\u017e\u00ed (main station), take metro C (towards Let\u0148any) one stop to Florenc. Florenc bus station is a 5-minute walk, and Masarykovo n\u00e1dra\u017e\u00ed about 10 minutes on foot.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

What suites do you have?<\/strong><\/summary>\n

The Viaduct has 19 suites from 30 to 80 m\u00b2: Standard (30 m\u00b2, up to 2 adults), Classic with Balcony (38 m\u00b2, up to 3 adults), Junior with living room (40 m\u00b2, up to 3 adults), Superior Family with two bedrooms (48 m\u00b2, up to 4 adults), Deluxe with rooftop terrace (70 m\u00b2, up to 4 adults) and Deluxe with a view of Prague Castle (80 m\u00b2, 4 adults and 1 child).<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

What’s in every suite?<\/strong><\/summary>\n

Every suite has a king-size bed (180 \u00d7 200 cm), air conditioning, soundproof windows, a bathroom with rain shower and heated floor, Smart TV, fridge, espresso machine, tea set, safe and free Wi-Fi.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

Do you clean the suites every day?<\/strong><\/summary>\n

Yes, housekeeping is daily, and more often on request. We can also arrange laundry.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

Can you accommodate a larger group?<\/strong><\/summary>\n

Yes. Interconnected suites sleep 7 or 8 guests. They can be booked through reception only \u2013 at info@theviaduct.cz or +420 733 733 888.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

Is there a lift? Is the hotel wheelchair accessible?<\/strong><\/summary>\n

We have a lift, but the hotel isn’t barrier-free. The Deluxe Suite with View is on two floors with stairs.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

What are the check-in and check-out times?<\/strong><\/summary>\n

Check-in is 14:00\u201321:30 and check-out 9:00\u201311:00. Reception is open daily 9:00\u201321:30.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

What if I arrive after 21:30?<\/strong><\/summary>\n

We’ll send you the code to our key box and self check-in instructions in advance.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

Can I check in early or check out late?<\/strong><\/summary>\n

Yes, depending on availability. Early check-in from 8:00 costs 1,500 CZK and late check-out until 17:00 also costs 1,500 CZK. Please arrange it with reception in advance.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

Can I leave my luggage?<\/strong><\/summary>\n

Yes, luggage storage is free of charge.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

Yes. At The Viaduct, breakfast is included in every stay \u2013 whether you book on our website or through Booking.com and other platforms. We deliver it to your suite between 7:00 and 11:00; order it on the tablet in your suite by 21:00 the evening before.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

Do you offer gluten-free breakfast?<\/strong><\/summary>\n

Yes, gluten-free breakfast options are available on request.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

Is Wi-Fi free?<\/strong><\/summary>\n

Yes, for all guests.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

Can I order food from restaurants?<\/strong><\/summary>\n

Yes. Daily 14:00\u201321:00 you can order food from popular restaurants via Wolt on the tablet in your suite. We bring it up with plates and cutlery and clear up afterwards. A hotel service fee of 100 CZK is added to the Wolt order.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Do you have a spa or wellness area?<\/strong><\/summary>\n

Yes. The Viaduct has a private wellness zone with a Finnish sauna, a hammam (steam bath), a cold shower and a relaxation area. It’s always reserved just for you \u2013 for 1 to 6 people.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

How much is the wellness and how do I book it?<\/strong><\/summary>\n

The first hour costs 1,000 CZK and each additional hour 700 CZK, regardless of the number of people. It’s open daily 14:00\u201321:00 and can be booked at reception only, at least 2 hours in advance.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Can I park at the hotel?<\/strong><\/summary>\n

Yes, there are 8 parking spaces in The Viaduct’s enclosed courtyard. Spaces must be reserved in advance. Parking is free when you book directly on our website, otherwise it costs 375 CZK per night.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

Can I charge an electric car?<\/strong><\/summary>\n

Yes, there’s a 22 kW charging station with two ports in the courtyard, for cars and e-bikes. Charging is paid.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Can I bring my dog?<\/strong><\/summary>\n

Yes \u2013 adult dogs (not puppies) up to 15 kg are welcome at The Viaduct if you book directly on our website. The fee is 250 CZK per night.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

Do you have cots and extra beds?<\/strong><\/summary>\n

Cots are free for children under 3. Children aged 3 and over need their own bed. An extra bed is available on request for 1,250 CZK per night, including breakfast.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Why book directly on your website?<\/strong><\/summary>\n

Breakfast and Wi-Fi are always included. When you book directly at theviaduct.cz, you also get free parking in our courtyard (limited spaces, reserve in advance) and you can bring your dog.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

Is the city tax included?<\/strong><\/summary>\n

No. The city tax is 50 CZK per person per night, payable on arrival. Children are exempt.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

How can I pay?<\/strong><\/summary>\n

By Visa or Mastercard, bank transfer, or in cash at reception.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

What is the cancellation policy?<\/strong><\/summary>\n

We offer two rate types. Refundable: free cancellation up to 3 days before arrival; later cancellations and no-shows are charged 100%. Non-refundable: 100% is charged at booking and is not refunded.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

Can I smoke?<\/strong><\/summary>\n

The whole hotel is strictly non-smoking (EUR 500 fine). Smoking is allowed on balconies and in the courtyard.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n
