About us

Our accommodation combines stylish minimalism with extra care

The Viaduct – Suites & More is a 4-star boutique hotel with 19 suites in Prague's Karlín district, one of Prague's most vibrant neighborhoods known for its acclaimed restaurants, specialty coffee shops, and cultural venues. Every room is a self-contained suite ranging from 40 to 70 m² with its own entrance hall, living area and bathroom with heated floors.
Location and transport: The hotel is located 200 meters (2-minute walk) from Florenc metro station (lines B and C), 1.5 km from Old Town Square, 2.5 km from Charles Bridge, and 3 km from Prague Castle. The Florenc tram stop is a 2-minute walk from the hotel. Václav Havel Airport is 16 km away (approximately 30 minutes by car).
Suite amenities: Sleep well with hypo-allergenic bedding and down comforters, individually controlled air conditioning, espresso machine and tea set, Smart TV, personal safe, bathrobes and slippers, soundproof windows, and ironing equipment on request.
Breakfast and dining: Every morning from 7:00 to 11:00 AM, we prepare a complimentary cooked-to-order breakfast delivered directly to your suite. You can also order food from popular Karlín restaurants with delivery straight to your room.
Wellness and relaxation: A private wellness zone with Finnish sauna, hammam (steam bath), cold shower, and relaxation room is available to all guests, but must be reserved in advance, fees apply.
Parking and pets: Free private parking directly at the hotel backyard (only for direct bookings!). Dogs are welcome but on request.
Suite types: Standard Suite for couples and solo travelers, Classic Suite with balcony, Junior Suite, Superior (Family) Suite with two bedrooms for families with children, Deluxe Suite with rooftop terrace, and Deluxe Suite with view. For larger groups, we offer interconnected suites accommodating up to 7–8 guests.

    By prior arrangement you can park with us in the safe, enclosed courtyard, which has been part of a local inn since the 19th century.

    We have fast, stable and secure internet connection for you. 24/7. You can use it in comfort of your room and also in our lobby.

    All rooms are cleaned daily. And if you wish, we can repeat the cleaning several times a day. We can also arrange laundry service for you.

    You can order food from selected restaurants to your room. Just choose the restaurant and the food, via tablet in you room. We will add our plates and cutlery, and you can eat it all in the comfort and quietness of your room.

    Fancy indulging yourself in a Finnish sauna, a hammam or relaxation area? You can take advantage of our very own stylish and private wellness zone that can accommodate up to six people.

  • Dog Friendly

    We welcome dogs. But only adults, not puppies. If you have a puppy, you can
    probably guess why. You can stay here with your four-legged friend as long as it weighs less than 15 kg and you made a booking on this website only.

    Our receptionists will be happy to help you with whatever you need – transport, tips about restaurants and nearby historic sights, or tourist guide services. Our reception is open daily: 09:00-21:30. Check-in is from 14:00 to 21:30, check-out is from 09:00 to 11:00
