We have prepared this manual to introduce The Viaduct and to highlight the most important services offered. In an unfortunate situation of missing information, do not hesitate tocontact the reception. We are happy to assist with all your special requests.

AIR CONDITIONING
The suite is fully air-conditioned. Individual controls enable regulating temperature. All doors and windows must be closed to allow the system to function properly. Due to our eco-related policy A/C will be turned off during colder months of the year. Please use en-suite heating system instead.
BABY COT
Baby cots are available free of charge for infants under 2 years. The size of the mattress is 120 x 60 cm. Baby cots are subject to availability. If you need one, please contact the reception.
BATHROBE
Each Guest is provided with a bathrobe. Feel free to take it to the sauna and then bring it back to the suite. If you wish to exchange the used bathrobe for a fresh one, please contact the reception (service fee applies – see our electronic price list). Please do not take the bathrobe away from the hotel.
BED
Beds and sofas are equipped with anti-allergic, 100% organic down and feather pillows and duvets. Do you need a warm blanket or a synthetic pillow? Call or text us and we will bring everything to make your night relaxation better.
BED LINEN
Being an Eco-friendly hotel, we exchange bed linen after three nights spent with us, or upon the actual need. If you wish your bed linen to be exchanged sooner, please contact the reception (service fee applies – see our electronic price list).
BREAKFAST
We serve in-room breakfast every day between 7 a.m. and 11 a.m. Please order your tomorrow’s breakfast tonight before 9 p.m., via the tablet in your suite (ask the receptionist for assistance). Please let us know if you have special diet requirements.
In case you did not order breakfast, the only option we may offer the next day is Toast with bacon, cheddar, egg and fresh vegetables (2 pcs). Timing of serving will depend upon availability. Please ask the receptionist for details.
Please contact the reception in case you leave between 6 a.m. and 7 a.m. – we will equip you with a breakfast take away pack.
CHECK IN
You can check-in with us at any time from 2 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. After that time the keys are locked in the external security boxes. We send the security codes by email and/or in SMS. An earlier check in is subject to availability and extra charge – see our electronic price list.
CHECK OUT
Please leave the suite any time between 9 a.m. and 11 a.m. A later check out is subject to availability and extra charge – see our electronic price list. The reception will assist you to store your luggage in our luggage storage room (free of charge for a reasonable period). If you must leave before 9 a.m., please check out in the evening prior to your early departure (or upon agreement with the reception).
CLOTHES REPAIR SET
Small clothes repair set is available in the bathroom. Need more repair? Contact us, we have buttons, zippers, and other necessities!
COFFEE & COOKIE STATION
Recharge your batteries in the lobby zone. Our coffee & cookie station is open every day between 9 a.m. and 9:30 p.m. This service is free of charge for our Guests.
CONCIERGE SERVICE
Our receptionists will be happy to help you with whatever you need – transport, tips about restaurants and nearby historic sights, or tourist guide services.
COSMETICS
Allow our paraben-free and silicone-free branded collection take you to the kingdom of plants. Our cosmetics is delicate, refreshing and fruit scented.
CREDIT CARDS
We accept MasterCard / Euro card and VISA. If you have questions regarding available payment methods, please contact the reception.
DAMAGE
In the unhappy situation of room/building damage by the Guest, the respective amount of money equaling the actual price of repairing of damaged staff, or its exchange for a new one, will be charged to the Guest’s credit card within 7 working days after the Guest’s departure, or collected in cash during check out.
DOGS
We welcome dogs. But only adults, not puppies. If you have a puppy, you can probably guess why. You can stay here with your four-legged friend as long as it weighs less than 15 kg. Service fee applies – see our electronic price list.
HANGERS
Do you need more hangers? No problem! Contact the reception.
HOUSEKEEPING
Housekeeping service is performed daily between 12 p.m. (noon) and 6 p.m. If you wish, we can repeat the cleaning several times a day (service fee applies to additional cleaning – see our electronic price list).
INJURY
Please contact the reception.
INTERNET
Wi-Fi is complimentary and is available in the suite and in all indoor spaces including Wellness area.
IRONING
We provide the ironing equipment free of charge. Please contact the reception in case you need one.
LAUNDRY
We recommend a professional laundromat Cleany.cz to take care of your laundry. They will collect, clean and deliver back to the hotel. Place your order online at: www.cleany.cz/en. Use this address: Za Porisckou branou 19, Praha, Zip code 18600. The order form is very easy to fill in. Do not hesitate to ask the receptionists for assistance.
Put your dirty clothes in the laundry bag and leave it at the reception desk. We will let you know via chat when your clothes are back & we will deliver them to the suite (service fee applies – see our electronic price list).
LOST & FOUND
All found items are stored in our office for two months. If you would miss something after departure, please write us an email or call the reception, to arrange the return by post.
MEAL DELIVERY SERVICE
We cooperate with Wolt delivery company. Use the tablet in your room to order meal from any restaurant every day between 9 a.m. and 9:30 p.m (last order 8:30 p.m.). A courier will bring the food to the reception. We will add plates and cutlery to the courier’s package. And we’ll deliver everything to your room. After you’ve eaten, just let us know and we’ll clear the table. Service fee applies – see our electronic price list.
STREAMING SERVICES ON SMART TV
Log in to your personal account, stream unlimited movies and TV shows and then don’t forget to log out =) .
NIGHT SILENCE MODE
In the Czech Republic, the night hours are set from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. During this time, you should not play loud music, use loud appliances, or carry out other noisy activities that could disturb your neighbours.
PARKING
By prior arrangement you can park with us in the safe, enclosed courtyard, which has been part of a local inn since the 19th century. Parking is on a first come, first serve basis. Service fee applies – see our electronic price list.
PLANTS
Please do not water the plants as it may lead to overwatering. Our gardener & housekeepers take care of them.
POST CARD
Please contact the reception if you want us to organize the delivery of greeting cards to your friends and relatives.

SAFE
Safe with an electronic code can be found in the antechamber wardrobe.
SECURITY
Always keep the main door of the room locked. When leaving the room, please check if the main door and windows are closed. The same precautions apply to the building – make sure you close all doors when leaving the property. The premises are monitored by CCTV cameras.
SMOKING
Smoking is only allowed in the designated outdoor areas. Detection of cigarette smoke inside the suite may result in 12.000 CZK (approximately 500 EUR) fine. Thank you for understanding.

TELEVISION
TV offers Netflix.
TOWELS
Help protect our planet, re-use the towels. Just like at home. Our policy is: a towel on the floor means “Please exchange”, while a towel on the rack means “I’ll use it again.” Thank you.
UMBRELLA
Umbrellas can be found in the lobby.
VISITORS
Unregistered visitors are not allowed to stay in the suites and the common spaces of The Viaduct between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m.
WELLNESS
Our private wellness zone is open every day between 2 p.m. and 9 p.m. Last entry is at 8 p.m. (one-hour stay) and 7 p.m. (two-hour stay). Our wellness can accommodate up to 6 Guests. At your disposal: a Finnish sauna and a refreshing bucket of cold water, a hammam and relaxation zone. Towels and cotton sheets are provided. Book at reception desk at least two hours in advance.
